Handling
Before starting to process your order, we always wait 24 hours in case you’d like to change something to it – a component to your custom sword, add or remove a product, shipping address, etc.
- After this, it usually takes us 2-4 weeks to ship your order and provide you with a tracking number. In some cases where the sword comes with a higher-quality blade or custom engravings, it can take up to 6 weeks for us to create your sword.
- For most swords parts, shipment takes from 4 to 7 business days.
Shipping
All our swords are sent from the lovely city of Longquan, China. We will gladly ship orders for all the following countries:

We cannot ship to other countries outside from this list for legality reasons. In most other countries, our swords get confiscated at the customs office when they arrive.

Receiving Your Sword and Customs Fees
Once the sword is sent and the tracking number is provided, it is the client’s duty to make sure it arrives to them safely. There might be customs fees to be paid to UPS or SF-Express, and they must be acquitted for the sword to arrive.
If you don’t pay these fees and receive your sword well, it will be sent back to us – to China. Upon arrival back and inspection, the swords are almost always destroyed – as we cannot import swords here, only export them – and this is tightly regulated as well.
As such, we cannot be held responsible for the cost of this loss. Moreover, we also cannot take responsibility for swords sent to countries where they get confiscated. It is the client’s responsibility to get all needed permits and verify if the products can arrive safely in their country.
